Looking for Russian and Argentinian novelties.

I am a spanish collector looking for pals to exchange novelties. The countries of my interest are Argentina and Russia. The novelties exchange would be made at face value. We should begin with 2007 novelties.

In the near future, when several exchanges had been made, we could exchange stamps of former years.
